Hi Chaston!
Welcome to planDisney!
If you purchase a 1-day date-based ticket, you will need to choose the specific date for which you’re using the ticket. Once your ticket is linked to your My Disney Experience account, the system will recognize which date you will be using your
Park Hopper ticket and which date you will be using your 1 Park Per Day ticket.
If your tickets are not date-based, you will be required to
make a park reservation for each park day. As you go through the prompts of making your park reservation, you will choose which ticket you’re making the park reservation for.
It’s good to note that when you make a park reservation for a Park Hopper ticket, you will only need to make the reservation for the very first park you’ll be visiting on that day. After you scan into the park for which you made the park reservation, you can hop to any other theme park, pending park capacity.
Of course, you can always double-check your
My Disney Experience app to make sure the correct ticket was used for that day. You’ll find your tickets by clicking the 3 lines in the bottom right corner of the app, then clicking My Tickets & Passes. If you notice any issues, I recommend chatting with Guest Services to get things all figured out. You can visit
Guest Relations or find a blue
Guest Experience Team umbrella around the park, and a Cast Member will be happy to help!
I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan!
