Hello, friend. What an incredible accomplishment to make it to this national competition! You must be very proud. The best part is that you get to visit
The Most Magical Place on Earth! Let’s get to work on this issue with your ticket. Without knowing where the ticket was purchased, I’d say the fastest way to confirm the day and specifics of the ticket is by adding it to your
My Disney Experience App. Once you do that, it should shed some light on some of these questions.
First, log in to the My Disney Experience App and click the (☰) in the lower-right corner. Click on “My Tickets & Passes,” and then the blue (+) in the upper-right corner. Click “Link Tickets & Passes,” and follow the prompts to finish the process. If your group is providing the tickets, you will probably have an ID number from your ticket. You can type it in the field provided, and then the ticket should be displayed on the Tickets & Passes page. That ticket will have the information you’re looking for on it! Mystery solved… probably.
If you don’t have a ticket ID number, maybe your tickets are linked to your hotel reservation. Whether you’re staying on property or at a
Good Neighbor Hotel, you can link your hotel reservation by pressing (☰) again in your app, and then scrolling down to “My Plans.” There is a link that says “Is Anything Missing?” You bet, something is missing! Click that and then the button that says “Type ID.” Scroll down to “Resort Reservation,” and enter your information. Your reservation and your tickets should show up, hopefully. Some guests have reported that their tickets won’t show up until a few days before their visit. If that happens and you need to know the details right away, I’d say it’s time to
call a friendly cast member to ask for help.
Well, friend, this has been quite a journey. I hope that the competition goes well and there are a multitude of magical memories made by the whole team. If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to ask at
planDisney. I hope you have a magical day.
