About Me
Hi there! I'm Jenn - a lifelong Disney World goer, wife, mom of 3 boys, and your virtual Disney best friend. I'm always happy to answer any questions that pop up while you plan that magical vacation you've been dreaming of.
My day job is as a physical therapist in a neurological setting. Once I get home for the day, it's straight into mom mode, trying my best to keep the chaos somewhat organized. If I find myself with some free time, I enjoy writing for my family travel blog and scrapbooking.
My absolute favorite thing in the world, though? Traveling with my family. Whether the destination is near or far, some of my best memories are from adventures with the ones I love the most.
To me, planning a vacation is almost as much fun as actually taking the vacation, so I'm beyond excited that I get to be a small part in helping you plan your family's next Disney World vacation. Let the fun begin!
About My Family
I grew up in Northwest Indiana (near Chicago) with my mom, dad, and brother, and we were brought up with all things Disney as a normal part of our childhood.
When my husband and I met at Purdue University, he had no clue his future entailed more days than he could count at Disney World. Fast forward to today, and we're the proud parents of 3 boys, who were born in 2016, 2018, and 2021. And yes, they all got the Disney gene from their mom!
While taking regular Disney vacations as a family was always my parents' dream, unfortunately, my mom passed away from breast cancer in 2005. Even though she was never able to see her grandkids enjoy Disney World, I'm so grateful that she laid the foundation and that I get to see her dream play out in real time now.
About My Disney Experience
We took family vacations to Walt Disney World over winter break every other year, and in 2000, my parents decided to join the Disney Vacation Club with the sole purpose of creating lifelong family memories at the Most Magical Place on Earth.
Our every-other-year vacations have morphed into multiple Disney World vacations each year. From family trips to dance team competitions, from girls’ getaways to introducing my boyfriend turned husband to my happy place, and now visiting with my kids, I’ve been lucky to enjoy the parks and resorts in all stages of my life.
Although Disney World is my home away from home, I’ve also been able to visit Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, and Disney Cruise Line with hopes of making my way over to Tokyo Disneyland eventually. Now I just need to talk my husband into it!
