Hi we are bringing 30+ people to Florida for cheerleading competition this month. We have been given 1 code (attractiontickets) for the people coming, is the only way to get the physical tickets for all individuals to go to a ticket office on the first day

Hi there, Oliver, welcome back to planDisney!

How exciting to be travelling to The Most Magical Place on Earth for a cheerleading competition, what an accomplishment for the competing teams! As a parent who is always watching her daughter tumble, soar, and cartwheel through life, I can only imagine how much your group is looking forward to this trip!

As your holiday is only a few dreams away, Oliver, let’s dive right into the details so you can finalise your group’s magical plans. Exploring the theme parks as a large group is so much fun, and it's great that you’re thinking ahead regarding your tickets, so that you all sail smoothly into the magic.

As you mentioned, one way to collect your group’s tickets is to head to any of the ticket windows at the theme parks, Guest Relations, or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. You’ll need your ticket confirmation number, photo ID, and payment method used to purchase the tickets. This should be a fairly simple process and, with a little faith, trust, and pixie dust, you’ll be skipping through those park gates before you know it!

However, there might be another way to sprinkle a little extra magic and save a little time! Firstly, log in to your My Disney Experience account and link your tickets using your ticket confirmation number. All the tickets will then appear on your My Disney account. Next, make sure everyone in your group has a My Disney Experience account so that you can connect with them through the "Family & Friends" tab. Once that is done, you can assign each ticket to the person the ticket belongs to in your Family & Friends list.

Top Tip: For smooth sailing from the start, make sure each ticket is assigned to the right person!

I hope this has helped bring a little clarity to your group's tickets, Oliver. I'm wishing upon a star that you'll be tumbling towards those park gates in no time!

If you have any more questions, just keep swimming back to planDisney.

Wishing your team the best of luck and cheering you on,

    Abi
