Hi, I just purchased an annual pass at the parks in Disney world and I noticed my email was entered wrong when looking under my annual pass information. How do I go about changing it to matched the email on the my Disney account

Tell the guards to open up the gates, roll out the red carpet, and welcome Lauren to planDisney! Being an Annual Passholder is an aspiration of mine, and I'm inspired by your decision to become one. There are a few ways to get support if your email on the Annual Pass and your My Disney account email don't match, so let's jump in and get your issue solved.

There is a How-To Guide on the Annual Passholder website, and you'll see a section entitled "V.I.PASSHOLDER Support" about halfway down the page. You can chat with a Cast Member, send an email, or place a phone call and someone would be glad to assist you with your email mismatch.

Once you've gotten everything squared away with your email, you should be able to link your Annual Pass to your account either on the Passholder website or via the My Disney Experience app under "My Tickets & Passes."

Since you are a new Annual Passholder, make sure to check out all the amazing benefits and perks you receive as a member of the program. There are incredible discounts on dining this summer, a new magnet for your car or fridge, and an exclusive lounge available in EPCOT. Whoa!

I hope everything goes smoothly when you go to get this fixed, Lauren! If you are satisfied with your care, be sure to come see us again here at planDisney.

    Stay magical,
    Scott
