Hello and welcome to planDisney, Monica. I'm so glad to hear that you're planning on adding a little magic to your summer with a visit to the Disneyland Resort. Let's chat about how you can fit as much magic into your one-day visit.
I always like to start with the
Hours & Events calendar to make sure there aren't any events taking place that may impact park hours for my visit. I checked all the days you're considering and it looks like there's nothing scheduled, so we're good there. Next, I'll look at the cost of tickets for each day that I might want to visit to see if that helps me make my decision. It looks like both July 7th and July 16th offer the
lowest priced 1-Day, 1-Park tickets in the month of July. From there, I'll usually look to see which day would fit better into my schedule.
While I wish I had the power to see into the future to determine how busy the parks might be on any given day, it's nearly impossible to predict. Even Dr. Strange would probably see thousands upon thousands of possibilities. I will say that because two of the days are those on which the lowest-priced tickets are offered, that's a fairly good indication that it might be less busy. Any date mid-week (that doesn't fall on a holiday) also tends to be less busy.
No matter what the crowds look like on your visit, there's no doubt that you're going to have a blast and make so many core memories. There's also the option to add
Lightning Lane Multi Pass to your day in addition to using the
mobile order feature in the
Disneyland app. These two things often become my superpowers when it comes to having an efficient day at the parks.
