About Me

Hello there! I'm Sue from Cheshire, United Kingdom. I am always thinking about Walt Disney World, planning our next trip, or sharing memories of our last visit. I constantly research Walt Disney World in preparation for our next trip, even if that is several months away as there is always something new to explore and enjoy. There is no doubt among my family and friends that I love all things Disney. My first visit was in 1980 and planning for that trip was easy - Magic Kingdom Park or Disney's River Country! I love to write children's stories and I think that visiting Walt Disney World is like stepping into the most wonderful storybook ever.

About My Family

I am married to Mick, and we have one son, Sam, who graduated from University with a degree in Photography three years ago. Sam has happily shared my love of Disney since his first visit at the age of 3. We love our Walt Disney World vacations because it is a very special family time we share together, without life's daily distractions. We believe there really is something for everyone, and we have visited during many different times of the year, including Easter and Thanksgiving. I am very happy that my family loves coming to Walt Disney World as much as I do! We became proud members of the Disney Vacation Club in 2018 and we will continue to enjoy our magical vacations here for many years to come. We like to take time to plan our vacations to schedule some relaxation time away from the parks; Mick and Sam enjoy Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, and the resort pool, while I like to shop and drink coffee at Disney Springs.

About My Disney Experience

My first visit here was many years ago as a teenager, and I have enjoyed countless return visits since then, with friends, with family, and alone - solo trips are so much fun! Travelling from the UK we enjoy long stays at Walt Disney World -at least two weeks, and often more- and we enjoy planning our holidays, ensuring we schedule plenty of time to relax, swim, shop, and enjoy all of the entertainment while also spending lots of time at the Parks. We usually stay on-property; Disney's Wilderness Lodge is our favourite resort hotel. We travel around the Resort using both Disney Transport, and our rental car, making the most of our time at the Parks with Extra Magic Hours, dining at our favourite restaurants, and trying new places to eat, sometimes using the Disney Dining Plan. I love to help others plan their magical vacation, so they can enjoy it as much as I do, and I look forward to answering your questions and sharing all the magic with everyone, including our International visitors.
