Welcome back to planDisney, Jacqueline! I’d be happy to help you make sure all those wonderful vacation memories are safely downloaded and ready to enjoy again and again.
To download your entire photo gallery, you’ll want to sign in to your
My Disney Experience account using a desktop or laptop computer and open your
Disney PhotoPass gallery. From there, you should see a “Download All” option that allows you to save your photos all at once. If you have a large number of images, they may arrive in multiple ZIP files.
If you only want to download a few individual photos, you can also do that directly in the My Disney Experience app on your mobile device. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the bottom-right corner, scroll down to “Photo Gallery,” and select the image you’d like to save. From there, tap the download icon at the bottom of the screen and choose your preferred image size. Medium works well for sharing digitally, while large is ideal for printing or framing your favorites.
Before downloading everything, I also recommend double-checking that all of your photos appear in your gallery. Attraction photos often link automatically when using a MagicBand+, and Disney PhotoPass photographers may also provide photo cards that should be linked to your account before downloading. If you notice any missing images, you can submit a missing photo request through Disney PhotoPass support.
One final reminder: Disney PhotoPass photos typically expire
45 days after they are taken, so it’s a great idea to download everything sooner rather than later.
Jacqueline, I hope this helps you save every smile, attraction moment, and vacation memory from your Walt Disney World visit. If you have any additional questions, please stop by planDisney again anytime.
Wishing you many happy photo strolls down memory lane!
David
