Hello, Ian!
Your stay at
Disney's Pop Century Resort is just a few short days away, and I'm happy to help you finalize all those last-minute vacation details. Like you, my family likes to have early morning in-room breakfast options available as well as snacks for any late-night rumblies in our tumblies, as our pal Winnie the Pooh so adorably calls them. If you're looking to place a grocery order for a few sweet smackerels or savory treats, I have a few helpful suggestions.
While I can't offer much guidance on Walmart's ordering policies and procedures, I did reach out to some fellow panelists across the pond for their go-to grocery game plans.
Abi K. uses Vacation Grocery Deliveries and said she is able to place the order from the UK before making her way to Walt Disney World Resort. She has also used Instacart, filling her online basket from home but waiting to submit the order and finalize a delivery window until she's touched down in the US. You can try doing the same with Walmart once you've landed in the Sunshine State, but you might still be prompted for a US phone number in case of any delivery issues or delays.
I've used Instacart on past visits and was able to place a last-minute order for essentials while waiting my turn to see the backside of water on
Jungle Cruise. My order was waiting at my resort before the end of my park day, and Bell Services was happy to deliver everything right to my room once I was back there to meet them.
A delivery fee will apply for any orders brought to your room, as I recently shared with another guest.
If you can't snag an order delivery window for your resort arrival day,
Everything POP Shopping & Dining has grab-and-go essentials to hold you over until your delivery arrives. Keep in mind that the resort rooms have a beverage cooler and not an actual refrigerator, so I wouldn't order anything that needs to stay frozen.
Once you've made your must-eat list, be sure to use this address for your delivery:
1050 Century Drive
Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-8433
(407) 938-4000
I also recommend listing your name and "Guest" in the "to" field along with your arrival date (and room number if you have it). You can direct the delivery to c/o Bell Services in the notes section.
Ian, I hope this helped. Please come back and see us with more questions.
Wishing you a magical and delicious visit!
Amy
