We have a late check in time at All Star Music, can bell service hold my groceries and store items like milk & smoothie pouches in a fridge until I arrive?

Hi, Andres, and welcome to planDisney! Your trip is so close, I bet you can practically taste the popcorn. I'm so excited for you and maybe a tad bit jealous. Thanks for bringing your question to us about grocery delivery to Disney's All Star Music Resort. Like you, I find that having a few provisions in my room makes my trip more comfortable, and I'm happy to answer your question.

I'm pleased to share that yes, Bell Services does have a temperature-controlled area to keep perishables, so if your groceries get delivered before you arrive, they'll be stored at a safe temperature for you. I saw a few things on the grocery delivery policy you'll want to keep in mind, though. They won't be able to accept alcohol or other age restricted items, and there is a fee for having your groceries delivered to your room in addition to the customary gratuity for the Bell Services Cast Member who delivers them. You can pick them up at Bell Services to avoid the fee, however.

You're visiting at such a great time, too. Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin recently reopened after a refurbishment to add new enhancements. I'm absolutely giddy that Big Thunder Mountain Railroad also just reopened after a lengthy refurbishment. I simply can hardly wait to once again ride The Wildest Ride in the Wilderness. Both of these attractions are at Magic Kingdom, so if you're interested, I hope they'll be in your plans.

Andres, I hope this has been helpful to you. Please visit us again with any other planning questions.

    Let your dreams guide you!
