Hello, LeAnne!
We’re so glad you drove over to planDisney with your question today. Park it right there while I share
the ins and outs of parking at Walt Disney World Resort.
Guests of
Disney Resort Collection hotels enjoy complimentary overnight self-parking at their resort for the length of their stay. But what about if you’re just visiting a resort and not a registered guest? The good news is that complimentary self-parking is available for guests visiting the many beautiful and intricately themed resorts for select dining, shopping, and entertainment experiences. The caveat is that availability can vary depending on the resort or time of year, and it’s ultimately up to Cast Member's discretion at the hotel entrance gate, as
I shared in another recent answer.
If you have a
dining reservation for a table service meal, you should have no trouble parking at the resort, but spots may be limited when visiting for other non-reservation experiences. Should you be turned away, you can park at the nearest theme park and utilize the
resort transportation system to visit any of the resorts you like. Keep in mind that theme park parking does come at a fee unless you have an eligible resort reservation or an Annual Pass. However, you'll pay one rate per day even if you end up visiting multiple theme parks on the same day. Just show your receipt when arriving at the second destination.
I hope this helps you navigate your upcoming visit, LeAnne. If you have any additional questions, please cruise right back over and let us know. We're always glad to help guests avoid potential speed bumps.
Magic and memories,
Amy
