On June 3, I made reservations and selected Lighting Multi pass rides and time slots for June 13. Now that it’s June 3, the rides are no longer showing up under My Disney Experience app.

    Hi Kristin!

We’re happy to see you at planDisney today. Your upcoming visit is just days away, and I’m so excited for you! My family is also heading to Walt Disney World Resort this weekend, and we’re all in full packing and planning mode.

You mentioned making reservations, so I’m guessing you are an Annual Passholder or holding another ticket type that still requires theme park reservations. If so, it's great that you've already secured those ahead of your arrival at the parks. Your current reservations should appear in the My Disney Experience app under "My Plans," but you can also view or edit them by selecting the "Make or Modify Park Reservation" link that pops up when you click the "+" at the bottom center of the app.

Now, let's talk about your Lightning Lane Multi Pass selections. Any existing Lightning Lane Pass purchases should be viewable by clicking the feature menu (☰) at the bottom right of the app, then selecting the tile for "Lightning Lane Passes" at the top right of the screen. I only have one Lightning Lane Single Pass booked for my upcoming visit, but all your selections should appear on that screen for each day you've purchased. If you are not seeing them listed, don't panic! You should have received a confirmation email for each purchase you completed. Mine came from sender "Walt Disney World Reservations" and lists a confirmation number in the subject line and body of the email.

If you've refreshed your app and the selections for June 13 still aren't appearing, I recommend reaching out to a Cast Member with the App and MagicBand Support team by phone for further assistance. Have that confirmation number handy, and they should be able to get things linked and listed on your end. Technical glitches can happen from time to time, so I'm hopeful it's a quick fix for you. If you notice a similar issue while you're enjoying the parks, a quick visit with the Guest Experience Team (stationed under blue umbrellas) should offer a resolution.

Kristin, if I've misunderstood your question or you need additional guidance, please come back and let us know. You've always got a friend in planDisney!

    Wishing you a magical visit,
    Amy
