To connect to your whole travel party, you’ll want to link via your
Family & Friends List. You can do so on Disney World’s website or on your My Disney Experience app.
On
Disney World’s website, hover over My Disney Experience and click My Family & Friends. There, you can see who you’re already connected to. If you don’t see someone in your party, click (+) Add a Guest and follow the prompts.
If you’d rather use your
My Disney Experience app to link to your party, click the 3 lines in the bottom right corner, then scroll down to click Profile. Click Family & Friends List at the top of the screen. You’ll see your whole list, and if you’d like to add someone, scroll down to click (+) Add a Guest.
It’s good to note that only the people in your resort room will be listed under the “We’re Planning Together” section, and the rest will be under the “Other Family & Friends” section. But you’ll still be able to select everyone when booking your
Lightning Lane services (as long as everyone has the same Lightning Lane booking window and their tickets are linked to their account).
Your Lightning Lane booking window will open at 7 AM Eastern, 7 days prior to your resort check-in date if you’re staying at a
Disney World resort or select good neighbor hotel. If you’re staying off property, your booking window will open at 7 AM Eastern, 3 days prior to the start date of your ticket for date-based tickets.
