Ahoy, Rosalina!
We're so glad to see a World Showcase traveler like you at planDisney. Your vacation is on the near horizon, and I'm so excited for you to get the fun started. I'll actually be sailing over to
EPCOT myself in the next few days, so I'm happy to confirm all the details on FriendShip Boat transportation during your visit.
I reached out to a Cast Member who shared that while there isn't currently a posted schedule to review, they witnessed the route between Canada (near
Port of Entry) and Germany (near
Glaskunst) in operation during their visit last week. This was also the case for their last few visits, although availability is subject to change. Keep in mind that operation is weather-dependent and hours can fluctuate. I recommend speaking with a Cast Member on-site to confirm operating hours on the day of your visit.
These boats are a fun way to take in a new view as you make your way from one Pavilion to another, and I've always found the Cast Members on board to be friendly and knowledgeable. I'm a fast walker, so for me, the travel time is a bit quicker on foot than waiting, loading, and casting off on the boats. But sometimes you just need a few minutes off your feet, so these certainly come in handy!
As you enjoy your day at EPCOT, take some time to explore the
snack offerings as part of the Disney Celebrates America (I have my eye on the S'morin' Across America Milk Shake from
Sunshine Seasons), and while you're in The Land Pavilion, be sure to take flight on
Soarin’ Across America. My family is super excited about this attraction update and can't wait to take in the new sights and scents.
Rosalina, I hope this helped. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to sail right back and let us know. We're always all hands on deck here at planDisney. Wishing you a magical vacation!
Magic and memories,
Amy
