Hi Jinsu! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.
Your first park day is almost here! You must be excited after dreaming and planning about what magic is in store, and it sounds like you made the great choice to add
Lightning Lane Passes when you purchased your Disneyland Resort
admission tickets. We always purchase Lightning Lane Passes when we visit the parks, whether it's in advance of our visit or after scanning into the parks, subject to availability. We appreciate spending less time in queues and more time focused on being together as a family. I think you'll be happy with your selection!
I suggest you familiarize yourself with the
Disneyland mobile app before you scan into the parks. It will not only be your handy tool for using Lightning Lane, but also searching for dining and Characters, placing a mobile order for food and drinks at participating locations, checking wait times, downloading photos, and more! Knowing all the ins and outs of the app will make for a smoother day.
When you purchase Lightning Lane Passes in advance, your pass is tied to your tickets. You shouldn't have Lightning Lane Passes for a day you don't have a ticket and theme park reservation. If you have questions about your Tickets, you can call to speak to a friendly Cast Member on the
Tickets phone line. They're always happy to assist in any way they can.
Did you know your Disney PhotoPass downloads are currently complimentary with Lightning Lane Passes? Be sure to capture all the magical moments with this great value!
Have a magical day.
Elizabeth
