    We’re visiting Disney world October 2023. I would like to know if our purchases at Disney shops are still delivered to your resort Thank you

    I'm so glad you ventured out into the big blue world with Nemo and swam your way here to planDisney! Life is the bubbles when a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is on the horizon, don’t you agree?

    I wish I had more magical news to share, but the Resort Hotel Delivery service is not available at this time. I loved this service and sure hope it returns one day, but in its absence, you still have two equally wonderful options you can take advantage of during your trip.

    1. Consider renting a locker for the days you plan on doing the bulk of your souvenir shopping. There are a variety of locker sizes available that would surely allow you to store your items while you traipse around the theme parks and enjoy your magic-filled day.
    2. You can ship your items to your home address from any of the Disney-owned merchandise locations you make purchases at (a fee applies). Simply ask the Cast Member for assistance during checkout, and they will walk you through the process. If you plan on shopping at multiple locations, you can have the Cast Member ship all of your items together. Just make sure you have all of your receipts ready when you go to checkout at your last shopping pit stop.
