I’m sorry to hear that you had some issues using your
Disney Rewards Redemption Card for your purchase today. I have not personally run into any issues using my account for purchases, but I have not tried purchasing a fireworks package, though. I would recommend contacting the phone number on the card to see if there are any issues that you might be unaware of. That being said, you should have no trouble using your card to purchase Lightning Lane Multi Passes for you and your family. My recommendation would be to add the card to your MyDisney Wallet in the
My Disney Experience app. You can do this by tapping on the 3 bars (≡) at the bottom right-hand corner. From there, scroll down and click on the MyDisney Wallet button, where you can add it as a payment method.
My top tip for using Lightning Lane Multi Pass is to remember that once you scan into your ride, you can book another pass while you wait in line. I would also monitor the My Disney Experience app for any rides that do not show a time slot you prefer. Guests frequently cancel their reservations, and you can then get their time slot. By the way, some of my friends from the panel have an amazing video to make the most of your lightning lanes, and I'm going to attach it for you to view.
