Hiya, Adelaida! Welcome to planDisney!
It sounds like you have a big vacation in the works. How exciting! I’ve planned a 15-person Walt Disney World adventure for my own extended family, and while it certainly takes a bit of extra work and coordination, visiting as a big group can be a truly magical experience.
With such a large group, you’ll want to call the Tickets and Hotel Reservations line to speak with a helpful Cast Member, and they can help you navigate the Walt Disney World Resort hotel and ticket options. If you think you’ll need more than 10 rooms, then you’ll want to call the Group Reservations line. Both phone numbers can be found
here. They can also walk you through the current special offers, which you can find
here if you’d like to familiarize yourself with them ahead of your call.
As you put together your vacation itinerary, make sure you give extra special attention to your dining plans. Some dining locations are better equipped to accommodate large groups, so you’ll want to make your reservations 60 days before your arrival. I’d suggest looking at Whispering Canyon at Wilderness Lodge, Biergarten at EPCOT, and Liberty Tree Tavern at the Magic Kingdom. Also, be sure to check out the famous
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue at Fort Wilderness if you'd like to treat your group to dinner and a show.
Adelaida, I hope this information helps you kickstart your vacation planning, and that you have a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World later this year. Pop right back if you have more questions. Your planDisney pals are here to help!
Magical travels!
Matt
