We are traveling to Orlando and have purchased tickets for Animal Kingdom for Friday June 19th and Epcot on Monday June 22. We will have 12 family members on Friday and 10 for Monday. Two of my family members have disabilities; what ADA passes are there?

    Hey there, Joseph!

I'm so happy to welcome you to planDisney! It looks like you'll be kicking off your summer with a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and your adventure is just around the corner! That's definitely something worth celebrating...WOOHOO!

I also love that you're traveling with a large group. My family often visits Walt Disney World as a multi-generational group, and there's something so special about making memories together across all ages. You’re going to have the very best time.

Walt Disney World does an excellent job of accommodating Guests with a wide range of disabilities and accessibility needs. The specific accommodations available will depend on the needs of the individual Guest.

If someone in your party will be using a wheelchair or an Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV), you'll be happy to know that pathways throughout the parks are designed with accessibility in mind, and most attraction queues can accommodate mobility devices. There are also designated viewing areas for parades and fireworks.

For Guests with developmental disabilities who are unable to wait in a conventional standby queue, Disability Access Service (DAS) may be an available accommodation. If this sounds like it may apply to someone in your travel party, the Guest requiring the accommodation can participate in a live video chat with a Cast Member up to 60 days before their park visit to discuss their specific needs and available options.

Since you're traveling with a large group, I highly recommend making sure everyone is connected through your Family & Friends List in your My Disney Experience account. This allows you to manage plans, Lightning Lane selections, dining reservations, and more for your entire party.

To link family and friends on the Walt Disney World website, sign in to your Disney account, hover over "My Disney Experience," and select "My Family & Friends." Scroll down and choose "Add a Guest." From there, you can follow the prompts to connect.

If you're using the My Disney Experience app, tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines), select "My Profile," and then choose "Family & Friends List." Tap "Add a Guest" and follow the prompts to connect everyone in your travel party.

Joseph, I hope this helps and that you and your family have the very best trip. Thank you so much for visiting us at planDisney!

    See ya real soon,
