Hi Stephanie!
Welcome to planDisney. I'm so glad you stopped by today and I'm happy to assist.
I was in your shoes last year when I shipped home an art print I purchased at
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. It's now proudly hanging in my home, but I knew there was no way I'd be able to get it home on my flight without potentially damaging it. Thankfully, I was able to ship it for a very reasonable price and it arrived safely packaged. I remember giggling when I saw the size of the box on my porch, but I was thrilled
Walt Disney World Resort handled my purchase with such great care.
Like you, I remember not being sure which carrier my item was being delivered by, but I somehow tracked down the details using the tracking number on my receipt. If memory serves, the number on my receipt was an internal tracking number that was later populated into the delivery provider's system. I reached out to a Cast Member to see if there was a standard carrier used and they indicated that most items are typically delivered by UPS. I've come across other
recent answers that say FedEx can also be used for merchandise shipping. I'd recommend inputting your tracking number into both carriers' websites to see if any details are available. If you are having trouble tracking your item you can also reach out to Merchandise Guest Services by phone at 877-560-6477 or via email at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com for assistance. You may also
use this contact form and select Merchandise from the drop-down menu.
I hope this helps you locate your item quickly so you can enjoy it in your home for years to come. I love each and every souvenir we've purchased in the parks. It keeps the magic alive during our normal day-to-day routine as we countdown to your next visit.
Stephanie, if you have additional questions or need personalized recommendations when it's time to plan your next visit please come back and let us know. We're always glad to lend a helping hand!
Magic and memories,
Amy
