    I bought my lightsaber back in March and now the the crystal won't light up it is in the hilt perfectly and make sounds but the crystal doesn't light up neither does the blade.

    Welcome to planDisney! The Kyber Crystal is essential to allow you to find balance and center yourself to be more attuned with the Force. As a fellow Jedi who wields one of Savi’s custom creations, I am so sorry to hear that your Kyber Crystal is glitching.

    If you were native to Batuu, Roderick, I would highly recommend traveling as fast as you can to the Gatherers at Savi’s Workshop – Handbuilt Lightsabers to get their expert assessment. Since you cannot get to Batuu, I contacted a Cast Member to see what they recommended. Their recommendation was to speak to one of the Gatherers who work at the Mail Order Merchandise department. They can help advise you on how to fix your lightsaber and what your next steps should be. They are available from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. EST Monday- Friday and can be reached at 1-877-560-6477 or via email.
