Hi there, Sarah!
Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for stopping by with your question. Oh boy! It sounds like you recently enjoyed a visit to
The Most Magical Place on Earth. As a fellow Midwesterner, I'd like to welcome you back home! Are you ready to plan your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation yet? For me, planning my next Disney getaway is the best way to keep my post-Disney blues at bay!
Home Delivery is a wonderful service available to Walt Disney World Resort Guests. I've used this service frequently to avoid having to pack large or fragile items to take home with me. Sarah, when you purchased items and requested home delivery service, a Cast Member should have provided you with a carbon copy of your receipt. This copy will include your shipment's tracking information. To track your package, simply type this tracking number into the specified delivery service's (FedEx or UPS) website. I will caution you that, although I have found home delivery service to be a fantastic convenience, my packages have sometimes taken a bit to arrive.
If you've lost your receipt and tracking info, not to fear - since your receipt was a carbon copy, the store you purchased from should have the original receipt. In this case, I recommend that you reach out directly to the store from which you made the purchase or call the "
My Past Walt Disney World Visit" phone line to request tracking info for your package.
Sarah, I know it's hard to be patient when you're anxiously awaiting magical mail, but I'm certain that your Disney delivery will be worth the wait! I hope that you find this information helpful and that your purchase arrives soon. While you wait, maybe you could check out the amazing new Disney100 Celebration Collections on
shopDisney. If you're anything like me, you won't be able to resist all the awesome new merchandise! Also, I've found that my shopDisney orders often ship quickly and great promotions are available regularly. Sarah, please feel free to stop by planDisney with any more questions you may have - we're all ears!
See ya real soon,
Lauren
