Hey there, hi there, ho there Karla! You're as welcome as can be here at
planDisney. Thank you so much for stopping by with your question!
First of all, celebrating your 50th anniversary at
Walt Disney World after honeymooning at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort back in 1976 sounds unbelievably special. What a beautiful full-circle moment.
I completely understand why you were hoping to incorporate one of the Grand Floridian's gorgeous antique-style cars into the celebration, especially for a dinner at
Victoria & Albert's. They really do add such an elegant and nostalgic atmosphere to the resort.
Unfortunately, those vehicles are not available for Guest rentals or private transportation experiences. They are there purely as decorative pieces and part of the overall theming and storytelling of
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
I know that's probably disappointing, especially for such a meaningful anniversary evening, but the good news is that there are several luxury transportation and exotic car rental services in the Orlando area that you could absolutely explore if arriving in style is something important to you. Some companies even offer vintage-inspired or chauffeured experiences that could fit the elegant feeling you're hoping for.
Honestly though, even without the Grand Floridian car itself, I think dinner at Victoria & Albert's during a 50th anniversary trip is already incredibly romantic and memorable. And staying at Disney's Riviera Resort for such a milestone is also such a lovely choice. It has such a peaceful and sophisticated atmosphere.
My friend Ashley is a huge fan of this resort, so if you have any questions about your upcoming stay, she's the one to ask!
Karla, I hope your anniversary trip is filled with beautiful memories and so much magic. Fifty years is an extraordinary love story to celebrate.
Warm hugs,
Ana Paula
