The Most Magical Place on Earth! In my opinion, there is no better place to celebrate a special occasion. Happy Birthdays and Happy Anniversaries to you and all those in your party celebrating something special!
To answer your question, Amy, depending on which park you’d like to attend a
Disney After Hours event at, you can find a list of attractions expected to be open on the Walt Disney World Resort website. For example,
Disney After Hours at EPCOT is scheduled for July 23. On the Disney After Hours at EPCOT page, under the “Favorite Attractions” heading, there will be a clickable “Read More” link. When you click on that, you will be shown a
list of the available attractions. Note that these are subject to change without notice. It’s definitely best practice to check back closer to the event if you decide to attend!
Disney After Hours events are a great way to get a lot of attractions done in a relatively short amount of time, Amy. Plus, tickets to the events are limited, which usually means lower crowds. There are also ice cream novelties, popcorn, and select bottled beverages included in the cost of your ticket. Snacks, attractions, and low wait times? Yes, please!
Since you are celebrating several special occasions, I highly recommend setting some time aside for one or more special dining reservations. Some of my favorites are
California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, which offers sweeping views of Seven Seas Lagoon and Magic Kingdom Park. You can also catch the
Happily Ever After fireworks from the restaurant as well. I also love
Sanaa at Kidani Village at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. It has a truly delicious menu and beautiful views of the Sunset Savanna at the resort.
And no celebration at Walt Disney World is complete without picking up a celebration button! You can find these at the front desk at your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, from any
Guest Relations window, and most merchandise locations across property. It’s a fun way to show off what you’re celebrating!
You’re also visiting at a great time, Amy. There are so many
