Hi! If I have a single unused but expired Disneyland ticket, how do I apply it on a future ticket purchase? Can I use it to purchase 2 discounted summer child tickets even if my original ticket was a 3 day ticket for 1 child?

Welcome back to planDisney, Mercy. Just like Elastigirl, Disneyland theme park tickets offer quite a bit of flexibility. I'm glad to hear that you're ready to put your ticket to good use. Let's chat about the details.

The good news is that you can still get use out of a fully unused and expired theme park ticket. The value of this ticket (excluding special event tickets) can be applied toward the purchase of a new ticket at the current price as long as the price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. Unfortunately, you won't be able to split the value to purchase multiple lower-priced tickets. Hopefully, you can find some time to use the value of the expired ticket soon. To apply the value towards a new ticket, you can reach out to a friendly Cast Member at the phone line for Tickets.

It's a great time to visit the Disneyland Resort with the 70th Celebration still happening. I just returned from a visit and had so much fun. The weather was absolutely perfect and I enjoyed so much entertainment from the Celebrate Happy Cavalcade, Paint the Night parade, to capping off the evening with Wondrous Journeys with Fireworks. It was truly a magical visit. Be sure to check the Disneyland app for all entertainment options for your visit.

Mercy, while I wish I had a better answer to share, I hope that the information I provided is still helpful. Please come back to see us with any other questions you might have. Until then, here's wishing you a magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth. Celebrate Happy!
