Hi there, Mariela. Welcome to
planDisney. I’m so sorry to hear that your daughter is in this situation. Let’s see what the terms and conditions say about the
3-Day Park Hopper tickets.
I’m sorry to say that the
ticket terms and conditions state that “Tickets are nontransferable and must be used by the same person on any and all days.” This means that since he scanned in on the first visit, that ticket cannot be used by anyone but him. On the first visit with a multi-day ticket, each guest scans their ticket and then has their picture taken, which means the picture is linked to the ticket. If someone else scans his ticket, his picture will show on the screen, and the cast member will not let that person enter the park. I don’t believe there is anything to be done to retrieve the ticket. You may want to ask for the money to be returned and point out that he is the only person who can use the ticket.
I should also point out that those last two days of your daughter's ticket expire on May 21st, which is quickly approaching. The
terms and conditions of the 3-day ticket state that a limited number of reservations are available for the 3-Day Park Hopper ticket users. They go on to warn that they may run out of reservations, especially as the expiration date approaches. I’d strongly recommend
booking reservations for the last two days as soon as possible.
Mariela, I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news, and I hope your daughter can still enjoy her last two visits. Maybe this would be a great opportunity for a mother-daughter trip! If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to ask at
planDisney!
I hope you have a magical day!
