Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! It sounds like you have a few managed profiles on your Family & Friends list and are hoping to allow other members of your travel party to share the planning. My children are listed as "Profile managed by you" on my account, but I followed a few simple steps so my husband has access as well. Let's walk through the process.
To
connect managed profiles, sign in to your
My Disney Experience Account online and navigate to your Family & Friends list. Once there, locate the person you want to share planning responsibilities with and click "Settings" next to their name. You should see a button to "Connect My Managed Profiles" appear below their information. Click that and place a checkmark in the box for any of the managed profiles on your account for which you want them to have planning access. This will generate an invitation for that guest to approve.
Once confirmed they will be able to include your managed profiles when joining
Virtual Queues, selecting Lightning Lane return times via
Disney Genie+ Service, and purchasing Individual Lightning Lanes. They will also be able to add them when updating the guests for any dining reservations made on their account.
Krista, if I've misunderstood your request or you still need assistance I recommend
contacting a Cast Member on the My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ team by phone or visiting with a member of the
Guest Experience Team once you've entered the parks tomorrow. They will be able to troubleshoot in real time and can hopefully get all your plans in shareable (mouse-eared) shape.
