How can I unlink my ticket from an account?

Welcome to planDisney, Maya! You'll be arriving at Walt Disney World Resort soon. As Tiana would say, "You're almost there!" Let's look at ways to reassign theme park tickets so you can help everyone in your party have a magical trip.

Reassigning theme park tickets is as easy as whistling the theme from Steamboat Willie. As long as a ticket you manage is unused, you can easily reassign it to another guest in your Family & Friends list. Simply open your My Disney Experience mobile app, tap the My Tickets & Passes tile on the Welcome screen, and swipe through the tickets in your account. If a ticket is eligible to be assigned to another guest, you'll see a blue Reassign Ticket icon beneath it. From there, you can choose from the list of eligible recipients, and if the guest you're looking for isn't listed, you might need to send an invitation to share plans.

Remember, if a ticket has been used, the remaining days cannot be reassigned, and the guest who scanned in with that ticket cannot be unlinked from it. You might be able to apply the unused ticket price to a future theme park ticket; you can call the Existing Tickets line for help. Please feel free to also stop by Guest Relations at any theme park for assistance with tickets.

If someone else has your ticket in their account, they can follow the steps above in their app to reassign an unused ticket to you. You'll be enjoying the Most Magical Place on Earth in no time!

I hope you can spend time at EPCOT early in your visit because the final day of the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is May 27. However, the topiaries will remain in top form until the last moment of the festival, and the Outdoor Kitchens will continue to cook up delectable dishes. The Avocado Toast at BRUNCHCOT is the perfect afternoon pick-me-up!

Maya, please stop by planDisney anytime. We try our best to help guests plan practically perfect vacations. Have a fantastic time!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
