I can see all of my photos in my photo gallery but when I click on them to download, it prompts me to activate the Memory Maker. I already purchased Memory Maker. How do I get access to the photos?

Hiya, Amanda, and welcome back to planDisney! We are guests who love to help other guests, so let's see if we can troubleshoot the issue with your Disney PhotoPass images. I treasure every picture those magical photographers in green capture from my Disney visits, and I want you to be able to do the same.

If you paid for Memory Maker but are still seeing watermarks on your images, it sounds like you need to activate it.

In your My Disney Experience mobile app, select Photo Gallery to see your images, and tap any photo. I recommend choosing an image from the first day of your trip to be sure all your pictures are included. You should see a green "Activate" button near the bottom of the screen; tap it to let the system know you're ready to remove those pesky watermarks!

You shouldn't see a request to pay for Memory Maker again, but if you do, I recommend calling the Disney PhotoPass Support line. Have your order details handy, including the date you purchased Memory Maker and any email information you might have received. Those magical Cast Members can see your account and wave their magic wands to help get everything picture-perfect!

I hope your visit was all you dreamed of, Amanda! And here's wishing for many frame-worthy photographs to help you remember your time at the Most Magical Place on Earth. Stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
