Hey there, Molly,
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. It sounds like your trip is just one day away (yay!) and I’m so very excited for you! Your group is set to have a magical time no matter your plans, but I'm hopeful you'll get to experience the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival during your visit. It's the most delicious time of year, and one of my favorite Walt Disney World Resort offerings.
If your friend handled the booking for your upcoming trip, she’ll likely just need to reassign your ticket to your My Disney Experience account. That’s an easy process, but you’ll just need to ensure that you are linked via the
Family & Friends list before you begin.
I recently walked another guest through the
process of connecting via linking codes, which is the quickest way to get everyone connected. Once your party is linked on the
My Disney Experience app, your friend can manually reassign your ticket if it doesn’t happen automatically. She’ll need to click the feature menu (≡) at the bottom right of the app, then the tile for “My Tickets and Passes” at the top of the screen. Scroll through the tickets to locate yours, then select the icon to “Reassign Ticket” below the barcode.
This will pull up her list of connected family and friends, where she’ll locate your name and complete the reassignment process. Double-check that everything is set on your end once she's completed the process, then
follow these steps to create a Disney MagicMobile pass, which you can use in place of a MagicBand+ to enter the parks.
If you’ve followed all the guidance above and are still unable to view your unique ticket, I recommend
reaching out to a Cast Member with the App and MagicBand support team by phone for some additional help. You can also use the live website or app chat features for real-time support.
Molly, I hope this helps get everything ready for your arrival tomorrow. If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to come back to planDisney and let us know. We're always here to help!
Magic and memories,
Amy
