How do I get my husband one day pass from my phone onto his phone?

    Hey there, Darlene!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I'm excited to hear about your upcoming visit, and happy to assist with your ticket details!

I typically purchase my family's tickets and assign each to the appropriate person on my Family & Friends List during the checkout process. This ensures that each person's ticket gets linked to their MagicBand+ and allows for quick and easy entrance into the parks each day. If your husband already has a MagicBand or MagicBand+ linked to his My Disney Experience Account, first confirm his ticket appears on your app, then transfer/reassign it to him by following the steps my panel pal Jana shared here

If your husband won't be using a MagicBand on his visit, don't worry! He can still access the parks with linked admission by setting up Disney MagicMobile Service. I have a MagicMobile pass for each of my family members as a backup option, and it's a quick and easy process to create. From your My Disney Experience app, select the feature menu icon (☰) at the bottom-right of your screen, then scroll down to "Set Up MagicMobile Entry" under the "Account" header toward the bottom of the page. Click "Set Up Your Pass" on the following screen, then follow the prompts to select his name and choose a pass style. You'll be prompted to save the pass to your phone's digital wallet once generated.

If you are both Apple iPhone users, you can share his newly created pass with him via iMessage. To do so, navigate back to "Set Up MagicMobile Entry" in your app, which should now display your newly created passes. Click "Select Passes to Share," then choose his pass to send via iMessage. You'll input his name or phone number on the following screen, and he should then be able to add it to his Apple Wallet. If you are not both iPhone users, unfortunately, you won't be able to share this way, but I have a few workarounds.

If you're visiting together, you can swipe between both passes from your mobile device at the park entrance, and at any Lightning Lane entrances if you'll be purchasing Lightning Lane Passes for your visit. Alternatively, he can sign in to his own My Disney Experience App and follow the steps above to create a pass and save to his phone's wallet. Be sure you are linked via your Family & Friends list before starting, but you can reach out to a Cast Member with the App and MagicBand Support Team by phone for technical assistance if you run into any issues.

Darlene, I hope that was helpful. If you still have questions or need more guidance, please come back and let us know.

    Magic and memories,
    Amy
