I hope that you had an amazing stay on the
Disney’s BoardWalk. After making memories at the theme parks, taking strolls along Crescent Lake, and relaxing with your crew, it’s great to know exactly how much you spent monetarily. Let’s dive right in!
To access your final hotel receipt, search through your inbox associated with your email address that’s linked to your My Disney account. The subject should be “Your Disney Resort Hotel Receipt.” From my experience, I usually get this email within a couple of days after checking out. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder, too.
If you happen to still be on property (or keep this in mind on your next vacation), you can see your folio charges via the
My Disney Experience app. Click the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the main page, select “Hotel Reservations” and then “View Charges” (with a folder icon) to see what’s been charged to your account.
AN EXTRA GEM: Try calling the
Guest Services Billing phone number to speak to a friendly Cast Member who can retrieve your bill.
