I’m a guest from the UK, looking to book DAS for my upcoming visit. I was wondering if I could do that online, or of I have to do this in person?

    Hi Kirsten!

As a mom of a child with special needs, one of the reasons that we love visiting the Walt Disney World Resort is because they have so many great Services for Guests with Disabilities. We have personally found the Services for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities to be incredibly helpful for my family.

Regarding the Disability Access Service (DAS), unfortunately, it is my understanding, that right now registering in advance of your arrival is only open for our pals from the US and Canada. But hey, no worries! You can still sort it out in person once you've arrived at the Walt Disney World Resort.

Once you step into one of the Theme Parks, just head over to the Guest Relations spot near the entrance. Chat with one of the friendly Cast Members about your needs, and if DAS sounds like it could help, they'll sort it out right there and then for you. You may even be able to book your first return time on the spot!

So, while you can't do it online just yet, we've got you covered once you're here. Easy peasy, right?"

I hope that you have a wonderful time!
