Im celebrating my twins first birthday at Crystal place on this Saturday can I bring goodie bags for my guests as well as small table decorations. What am I allowed to bring in for our celebration.

Hi Cedric, and thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. Magic Kingdom is the practically perfect place for such a special celebration! So let’s chat about adding a few festive touches to your table.

The good news is that there aren’t any specific rules against bringing goodie bags or small decorations, as long as the items aren’t for commercial purposes and aren’t disruptive to Cast Members or other guests (for instance, they aren’t obstructing pathways in the restaurant or the ability for Cast Members to service your table). As always, it’s ultimately at the discretion of the Cast Members to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone at the restaurant.

Now, let’s chat about how to make the day as magical as possible! Be sure to pick up Happy Birthday pins for your twins, and I’m celebrating pins for the rest of your guests. You can get these complimentary pins from Guest Relations and most gift shop checkout counters. Since they’re sharp, you may want to attach your twins’ pins to a spot on their stroller or diaper bag where they can’t reach.

For a fancier pin, head to Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe, where a Cast Member can decorate a Happy Birthday pin with paint markers for a small fee. I love to turn these pins into magnets to stick on my fridge at home for a free or inexpensive souvenir that always reminds me of my day in the parks!

Also, be sure to get a picture in front of Cinderella Castle to commemorate your twins’ birthday! My favorite spot is to the left of the Walt and Mickey statue. Standing in front of the flower beds usually means fewer people in the background. And there’s often a PhotoPass photographer there who can get everyone in the picture!

Finally, don’t forget about the Baby Care Center when you need a quiet spot for the little ones. It’s conveniently located right next to The Crystal Palace and has a nursing room, changing room, feeding area with high chairs, and a kitchenette with a microwave and sink. You can also purchase any essentials you may have left at home, like baby food, diapers, and wipes.

I’m wishing you and your family a magical day in Magic Kingdom on Saturday! And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome back at planDisney.
