Hello, Lindsay!
Thanks for visiting us with your question. It's wonderful to hear you have an upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. My family is also in countdown mode for our trip next month, and I sure wish the days would tick by a bit more quickly. You'll be immersed in the magic before you know it, so it's smart to start finalizing details. Let's talk through your potential action items.
If you purchased your admission directly through the
My Disney Experience app, your tickets should already be linked to your account. You can confirm this by heading to the app home page, clicking the feature menu (☰) at the bottom right of the screen, then selecting the box for "My Tickets & Passes" at the top. If you click that tile and do not see your admission media, click the "+" to get everything added. You can also
link tickets online via this website, and depending on where you're staying,
you may also be able to link your hotel reservation details using the same page.
As my pal Matt explains,
Gateway hotels often have different policies and benefits compared to reservations at Disney Resorts Collection hotels, so it's important to review those details ahead of your arrival. Purchasing tickets through the Gateway hotel's link would not have changed your Lightning Lane purchase window, so don't worry! You should still be able to
purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass or Single Pass 3 days before your ticket start date using the My Disney Experience App. I
walked a guest through a same-day purchase process here, if you'd like some step-by-step guidance.
Lindsay, I hope this clears up any confusion, but if you have additional questions, please come back and let us know. You are also welcome to
reach out to a Cast Member by phone or via the online chat for immediate assistance.
Magic and memories,
Amy
