When you reserve your vacation package and purchase a Travel Protection Plan through Disney, the policy is actually provided by a company called Aon Affinity Insurance. Please head to this
Disney Travel Insurance information page, and scroll to the bottom where you can find a link to Aon Affinity's website. That site has everything you need, including policy and coverage details, as well as a link to file your claim.
