If my family and I book rooms separately, is there a way to request for the rooms be located together?

    Hey there, Monique!

I'm so happy to welcome you to planDisney! How exciting that you're planning a fall visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth. It's one of my favorite times of year to visit, with Halloween touches throughout the parks, and just the right amount of not-so-spooky fun!

Traveling with family makes the magic even more special. While my family often visits Walt Disney World as a multi-generational group, we were there just a couple of weeks ago with just the four of us. We had an incredible time together, but my kids definitely missed having their cousins along for the adventure.

If you're hoping to have your rooms located near one another, I recommend reaching out directly to the number listed under Tickets and Hotel Reservations before your arrival. Be sure to have everyone's confirmation numbers available when making your request so the Cast Member can note it on each reservation.

While Disney Cast Members will always do their best to accommodate requests like this, room location requests are never guaranteed. Once you arrive at your resort, I also recommend stopping by the front desk during check-in to see if your request was able to be honored or if there are any additional options available.

As a reminder, since you'll be staying at a Disney Resort, you'll have the added benefit of being able to purchase your Lightning Lane passes up to 7 days before your check-in date. You can conveniently make your selections right from your My Disney Experience app, giving you a great head start on planning your park days!

Monique, I hope you and your family have the very best trip! Thanks so much for visiting us at planDisney!
