About Me

Hiya, pals! I'm Kami from Rhode Island. I live for sunshine, coffee, travel, and making forever memories with my family. I'm an adventure-seeking Disney enthusiast who tries to sprinkle pixie dust wherever I go, always encouraging my Disney kids to do the same. Being a wheelchair user, I'm passionate about helping every guest find their happily ever after at the parks. When I'm not planning my family’s next Walt Disney World Resort vacation, you can find me reviewing the next movie on my blog or interviewing your favorite celebrities. Like my favorite princess Snow White, I remind others to "remember you’re the one who can fill the world with sunshine."

About My Family

I’ve been married to my own Prince Charming since 2007. Our wedding was a page right out of a fairytale – horse and carriage, and all! Together, we’re raising our tween and teen boys in a multigenerational household along with my parents. Our boys have been visiting Walt Disney World Resort since they were babies. Because they have grown up with Disney, we have so many special memories from visiting “The Most Magical Place on Earth.” From first haircuts at Harmony Barber Shop, to late night trick-or-treating at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Disney has played its own starring role in my kids' childhood. Although our days at home are busy, busy, busy – between soccer and basketball games for our oldest son, to piano lessons and rock climbing for our youngest son, Walt Disney World Resort is the one place where we go to slow down, reconnect, and make magical memories together.

About My Disney Experience

My Disney experience began when I was six years old on my first trip to Walt Disney World Resort, where I was captivated by the magic all around me. As a Disney Vacation Club member, I’ve made countless magical memories across the Disney parks and resorts. Although Walt Disney World Resort is my home away from home, I’ve also immersed myself at Disneyland Resort, and sailed “Where Magic Meets the Sea,” on Disney Cruise Line. Watching the magic through my children’s eyes as they grow up with Disney — from discovering hidden Mickeys to reliving favorite attractions — has been the greatest gift. As a wheelchair user, I appreciate Disney’s dedication to accessibility, allowing all families to experience the magic to the fullest. Our Disney adventures often are multigenerational trips, creating special moments and lifelong memories that bring our family closer with each visit. Whether planning tips for first-timers or sharing breaking insider knowledge for seasoned guests, I’m excited to sprinkle pixie dust on each family’s journey and help make everyone’s Disney dreams come true!
