It's one of my favorite times of year to visit. It's such a fun surprise to enjoy a little Halloween fun while soaking up the summer sunshine!
I'm so happy to hear you've added
Memory Maker to your vacation! I absolutely love capturing magical moments at Walt Disney World, and the
Disney PhotoPass photographers do an amazing job. One of my favorite things about Memory Maker is that everyone gets to be in the picture.
Here's how it works: once you've purchased Memory Maker, you can start having Disney PhotoPass photos taken right away. Your 30-day Memory Maker window begins when you download your first photo using the Disney PhotoPass website or the
My Disney Experience app. From that date,
you'll have 30 days to capture and download as many Disney PhotoPass photos as you'd like. So, if you download your first photo on the day you arrive, you'll have the next 30 days to continue making magical memories.
The great news is that your friends attending
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will be able to take advantage of your active Memory Maker window, too! Be sure to let them know about the party-exclusive Disney PhotoPass opportunities. There are some really fun Magic Shots and special photo overlays that are only available during the party.
One final tip: while you'll have 30 days to capture photos after downloading your first one, your Disney PhotoPass photos must be downloaded within 45 days of the date they were taken. I always recommend setting a reminder so you don't miss your chance to save those memories before they disappear!
