What is the up charge to add the Saturday and Sunday to the 5 day beyond magic 5 day weekday ticket

Welcome Home, Erin - and welcome to planDisney! Spring has sprung, and it's always a great time to take advantage of your Disney Vacation Club membership and plan a magical getaway. I will be happy to track down all the details for your park ticket question - let's get to it!

One of my favorite recent DVC benefits is Membership Magic Beyond, which gives Members access to a number of additional perks that range from priority Member Lounge access and special Character experiences to bonus One-Time-Use Points and a Disney PhotoPass entitlement for Walt Disney World Resort!  We added this package for 2025 and it was a great fit for our family!

A new benefit for 2026 is the ability to purchase 5-day weekday theme park tickets for Walt Disney World. The tickets are date-based and good for one park per day, Monday through Friday.

The MMB tickets also include the Water Park and Sports option, which includes access to any Disney Water Parks open when you visit, as well as miniature golf at Fantasia Gardens and Fairways or Winter Summerland, golf or Foot Golf at Disney's Oak Trail, and the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. This option only can be used on any day of the week, including Saturday and Sunday.

Erin, I spoke with a super-helpful Cast Member at Member Services about adding weekend days to your tickets. Unfortunately, this option is not available for these specially-priced tickets. You can add the Park Hopper option to the tickets, or upgrade the tickets to a Walt Disney World Annual Pass (using cash, not Vacation Points). If you wish to visit the theme parks on the weekend, you will need to purchase separate tickets for those days.

Don't forget that there's plenty to do outside of the parks! The weekend is a great time to sleep in a bit, have a great breakfast at your resort, and spend some time enjoying the pools and other amenities that all of the DVC locations offer. There are all sorts of recreation activities and other things to discover!  We often like to have a leisurely Sunday and visit Disney Springs for brunch, shopping, and some cookies and cold brew from Gideon's Bakehouse

I hope this information is helpful for your planning purposes, Erin! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney - wishing you a practically perfect vacation next month!  Please come see us again anytime if we can assist with other questions.

    Stay Magical!
