Hi Makenzie! From one Pennsylvanian
Disney Vacation Club member to another, a very special welcome home and welcome to planDisney! I see you’re asking about one of the many benefits of the
Membership Magic Beyond program, so let’s dive right into your question!
Makenzie, you’ll be happy to know that you can use a Disney gift card to purchase the
specially priced theme park tickets offered through the Membership Magic Beyond program. In fact, I purchased two of these tickets myself for my daughters during a recent trip using a combination of gift cards and a credit card. If you have multiple gift cards, you’ll want to combine the value onto one gift card to make the transaction easier, as you’ll need to provide the gift card details when you
contact Member Services. You can combine the value of your gift cards into one (as long as the total is under $1000) at
this website.
Here are a couple bonus tips! While the specially price tickets advertised by Membership Magic Beyond indicate that they are one park per day, you can also inquire about upgrading to a Park Hopper Plus Option. I took advantage of that upgrade so that our family could spend extra time at EPCOT to snack on all the delicious food offerings at the
International Flower & Garden Festival. Also, don’t forget that while the theme park visits are limited to the weekdays with this ticket, you can take advantage of the water park and sports options on the weekends. Finally, a friendly remember that if you’re doing the miniature golf option, you’ll need to go before 4:00 PM.
I hope this information is helpful for you, Makenzie, as you plan out your upcoming trip. If you have any additional questions about Membership Magic Beyond or your DVC membership, please feel free to
contact me and my fellow panelists here at planDisney!
Your pal,
Sean
