I can’t access my ticket in my app

Hi Madison! Welcome to planDisney. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your tickets in the Disneyland app. I have a couple of troubleshooting tips that may help resolve any issues.

First, let’s ensure that your tickets are tied to your MyDisney account. Head to the Disneyland website and visit the “My Plans” section under “My Disneyland.” Here is where you will see your upcoming theme park reservations. Then select “Manage Reservation,” which lets you confirm your ticket information, including your ticket number. As long as this is there, you will be able to visit the theme parks.

Now, we’ll take a look at the Disneyland app. First, make sure you're signed into the Disneyland app using the same MyDisney account that was used to purchase or link your tickets. Next, be sure your mobile device is running the latest operating system and that the official Disneyland mobile app is updated to the most recent version. After checking both of those, open the Disneyland app and tap the menu icon (☰) in the bottom-right corner. Then select "My Tickets & Passes." Any tickets linked to your account should appear there, along with their barcode, eTicket number, and expiration date.

If your tickets still aren't showing, the next step would be to try linking them again. To do so, head to the "My Tickets & Passes" screen and tap the blue "+" icon in the upper-right corner. On this screen, you can either manually enter your eTicket number listed in “Manage Reservation” on the Disneyland website, or use your device's camera to scan the barcode or QR code from your ticket confirmation email.

If you're still unable to locate your ticket after these steps, I would recommend calling the Disneyland Tickets line to speak with a friendly Cast Member. They can access your account and help you with any next steps. Be sure to have your original ticket purchase information ready, including the purchase date, eTicket number or confirmation email, and the payment method you used, so the Cast Member can quickly access your account.

Madison, I hope these steps are able to help you locate your ticket so you can be ready for a fun-filled Disneyland day. If you have any additional questions or would like any other planning tips, please don’t hesitate to visit us here again at planDisney!

May you have a magical visit!
