best way to make sure all friends and family are on list - problem is old profiles and ? some new are showing up how do i confirm and make sure all can schedule their rides

Hiya, George, and thanks for this tech-savvy question! Your Walt Disney World Resort visit is just around the corner, so let's make sure everyone is neat and pretty for your visit...and in your mobile app!

I've had the same issue with old profiles showing up on my Family & Friends list, so I understand your concern. My best suggestion is to call the App & MagicBand Support line for assistance. Those Cast Members are wizards at straightening out technical issues, so you'll be in the best hands.

When you call, I recommend having a list of everyone's full names as they appear in their My Disney Experience accounts, along with their email addresses. Part of the problem may be that their details have changed over time, so linking to current email addresses could help solve your issues.

Once you've updated your list, I suggest removing any old profiles. You can do this from your Family & Friends list. Just tap the profile you'd like to delete, and you should see an option labeled "Remove from list." Now, when you're ready to book those Lightning Lane passes, you'll be able to choose only active accounts.

Guests of Disney Resort Hotels can purchase Lightning Lane passes 7 days before check-in; all other guests can do so at the 3-day mark. I'm sending pixie dust your way so you'll snag some thrilling attractions for your group to enjoy! My family usually buys Lightning Lane Multi Passes for Disney's Hollywood Studios so we can try to snag a time to ride Slinky Dog Dash; it's one of my favorites. I giggle every time I hear Slinky shout, "HANG ON!"

George, thanks again for letting planDisney help you plan your vacation. I hope I've steered you toward some ideas for untangling your guest list. Have a wonderful time!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
