There are two different ways I’d recommend requesting an itemized folio.
First up, you can email your question to Disney World by
filling out the form at this link. I recommend choosing “Hotel Reservations” for the category and “My Hotel Bill and Folio” for the subcategory.
Another option would be
calling the Guest Services Billing phone line to request the information.
With either of those options, you can explain the situation, and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you!
As you continue to plan your trip with your travel party, make sure you’re all linked via your
Family & Friends List. That way, everyone can be on the same page when it comes to the plans you’ve made, and if you’re planning to purchase
Lightning Lanes, you’ll be able to easily book them as a group.
To connect via your Family & Friends List, click the 3 lines in the bottom right corner of your
My Disney Experience app, then scroll down to click Profile. At the top of the page, click Family & Friends List. There, you’ll be able to see who you’re already connected to. If you don’t see a member of your travel party, click (+) Add a Guest and follow the prompts.
