I noticed that those dates were blocked out when looking ahead for Lightning Lane Multi Pass on the
My Disney Experience app, too. So, I’ve been checking back often and saw that they’re now able to be viewed!
If you’re still having issues, I would make sure your app is updated and try restarting it. If that doesn’t help, I recommend using the Chat With Us feature to see if they can give you any guidance. To find that, click the 3 lines in the bottom right corner of your My Disney Experience app, and then scroll to the bottom. You should see it in the Help & Feedback section.
With your trip getting so close, remember that you can make those
Lightning Lane pre-selections beginning at 7 AM Eastern, 7 days prior to check-in if you’re staying at a Disney World resort or select good neighbor hotel. If you’re staying off property, that booking window will open at 7 AM Eastern, 3 days prior to your first park day.
I recommend booking your pre-selections as soon as you can to give yourself the best chance at snagging the Lightning Lane return times you’re hoping for. You can always modify your selections at any time leading up to your trip if needed, though, too!
