I am wanting to make room reservations for July 29-aug 1 2026 at Disney Land Hotel. Is there any availability

Hey howdy hey, Helen! Welcome to planDisney!

There is nothing I love more than helping Guests kick off their Disneyland Resort vacations with a magical countdown to a stay at one of the Disneyland Resort Hotels.

I checked availability for July 29 through August 1, 2026, and you've got a pixie-dusted bit of good news! All three Disneyland Resort Hotels currently have availability. That is a rare sight in the middle of summer! Let's take a stroll down Main Street, U.S.A., and find which one may be the perfect fit for your family.

Since you mentioned the Disneyland Hotel specifically, let's start there! At the moment, there are a few room categories available, including rooms at the Villas at Disneyland Hotel, which is where I'll be staying during an upcoming August visit! These are the newest guest rooms on property and are located in their own tower while still being connected to the Disneyland Hotel grounds.

The Disneyland Hotel is the original Disneyland Resort hotel, making it the iconic, nostalgic choice. With thoughtful nods to Walt Disney and his best pal Mickey Mouse, you'll find Disney history woven throughout the elegant lobby and beautifully appointed rooms. Many guest rooms feature a split bathroom layout, with the shower and bathtub on one side, the sink area in the center, and a separate toilet room on the other side. It's perfect for when everyone is trying to get ready for rope drop in the morning!

At Pixar Place Hotel, you'll find colorful decor, playful details, and artwork celebrating your favorite Pixar pals. During one of our stays, we ran into Bing Bong in the lobby and snapped a photo with him beside the giant Pixar Ball. It's still one of my favorite Disney vacation pictures and always makes me smile.

Now, on to my personal favorite. Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is absolutely stunning. The soaring lobby, massive stone fireplace, and live piano music that often fills the air make me feel like I'm getting two vacations in one. The Craftsman-inspired design, influenced by California's redwood forests, creates a peaceful retreat that feels worlds away from the theme parks. As an added sprinkle of Disney magic, Guests can enjoy a private entrance that leads directly into Disney California Adventure Park from the hotel.

To check current rates and availability, head over to the Disneyland Resort website and select the Places to Stay tab. From there, click View All 3 Disneyland Resort Hotels, enter your travel dates and party size, and you'll see all available options. My advice? Grab your favorite room as soon as you can, because those summer dates are likely to disappear faster than a churro on Main Street, U.S.A.!

Helen, I hope your magical stay is just around the riverbend and that your countdown begins soon. If we can help with anything else as you plan your adventure, please come visit us again!
