It sounds like you're a California resident with monthly payments set up. I suggest
calling the Magic Key Holder phone line to check your remaining balance or stopping by the ticket booth in the Esplanade to speak with a Cast Member. There isn't currently a way to check the balance online.
The monthly payment is a fixed amount, so you can also calculate the remaining balance based on your usual payment date and when your pass expires. However, that wouldn't account for any additional payments you may have made. Speaking with a Cast Member by phone or in person is the best way to get an accurate total.
Jay, make sure you're taking advantage of
special extras and experiences just for Magic Key holders. Look for opportunities in the Magic Key portal on the
Disneyland mobile app or on the website. There may be complimentary keepsakes offered throughout the year – I have a cloth tote bag, magnets, buttons, and other fun mementos. You can get
discounts throughout the Resort on food and merchandise, too.
