Hello there Patricia, we're so glad you stopped by planDisney with your great question!
I have good news, you are able to use your own walker while visiting to ensure a smooth visit. There are certain
rules and restrictions that I recommend reviewing prior to your trip, to ensure that your walker complies with Disneyland Resort guidelines. If the use of a wheelchair or ECV would make the trip more comfortable for you, they are also
available for rent on a first-come first-served basis located at the Stroller Shop outside of both theme parks, just east of the Disneyland Park Main Entrance.
Each attraction is unique, and the Disneyland Resort strives to ensure Guests have options to be able to load into the ride vehicles comfortably. I highly recommend reviewing the
helpful services and options available throughout the theme parks for Guests with mobility disabilities prior to your trip. You also may speak with a Cast Member at any attraction to discuss your individual boarding needs, and they will be happy to assist!
A final tip is to review the
entertainment schedule during your trip to see if there are any shows, nighttime spectaculars or parades that you'll want to enjoy during your visit. My next visit is coming up in a few weeks, and I can't wait to experience Wondrous Journeys and Paint the Night parade again!
I hope these recommendations are helpful for your upcoming trip, Patricia! If we can help with any other questions during or after your visit, don't hesitate to
come back and ask.
Have a magical day!
Melissa
