Can the shuttles accommodate a mobility scooter drive on?

Hiya, Sarah. Welcome to planDisney! I’m happy to help get you ready for your trip to the Disneyland Resort. Coming all the way from the Evergreen State is a big deal, so let’s get you the answer you need so you can get back to planning!

Yes, shuttles from the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure, Pixar Pals Parking Structure, and the Toy Story Parking Area can all accommodate your mobility scooter. I would suggest asking the friendly cast members to point you towards the loading area as you pass through security. For Mickey and Friends and Pixar Pals, there is a ramp at the front of the tram loading area to accommodate scooters. The cast members at the Toy Story Parking Area can ensure that you get loaded and secured on one of the buses that transport guests to the Esplanade.

Check out the Services for Guests with Mobility Needs page on the Disneyland website. There is a lot of great information about the various services available to guests. One service that may be useful is the Location Return Time. Since some of the queues in Disneyland may be more difficult to navigate on a scooter, the cast member can issue you a return time comparable to the current wait time. It’s very convenient! Check out the details for Location Return Time and other helpful accommodations on the Accessing Attractions Queues page!

Sarah, I hope you have the best time on your upcoming trip. Don’t hesitate to stop back by planDisney with more planning questions. We’d love to help make your next trip as magical as possible!

I hope you have a magical day.
