Jennifer from NY Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I had uploaded my Disney passes to my Apple wallet, but I just got a new iPhone and I’m having trouble transferring the tickets to my new iPhones wallet. Please help as we are leaving in 2 days! Thanks!!

Welcome to planDisney, Jennifer, and thanks for trusting us to help plan your magical vacation. I'm also arriving soon at Walt Disney World Resort, so maybe I'll see you around! I'll be the one sampling all the Garden Graze food stroll items at the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival

Technical glitches can crimp our vacation style, am I right? Let's see if we can do a little troubleshooting to get your Disney MagicMobile service up and running. My first tip is to make sure you've used the same Apple ID on your new phone and check that your My Disney Experience mobile app is up to date.

Open your mobile app and tap the three lines at the bottom right. Scroll down to the "Account" section, select "Set Up MagicMobile Entry," and follow the prompts.

If you still have issues, my best advice is to call the My Disney Experience help desk. Those Cast Members are technical genies and can work magic! I had to call today to merge an old account, and they were able to help me in just a few minutes. I'm sprinkling pixie dust your way so that they'll solve your problem quickly.

Jennifer, thanks again for stopping by planDisney. I hope you make some memories to treasure on your trip. And don't forget the festival food stroll!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
